Montenegro: Paštrovski Makaruli (Buckwheat Macaroni)

Hmpf, one of those days. Zero out of three for me today. While I was preparing these macaroni (and it was not easy, I can tell you), I was watching some UEFA 2012 and Wimbledon. The result of all this: Germany lost their semi-final match, Nadal lost his tennis match, and we didn't like the pasta - at all! How disappointing :-(   I took about 4 forkfuls of this dish and then I had to give up. The taste was just too intense. If I ever use buckwheat flour again (and that's a big IF), I would definitely substitute at least half with all-purpose or whole wheat flour.
