Chili con Carne

1-2 tbsp olive oil
1 kg meatloaf mix (minced meat)
2 tsp salt
1/3 tsp pepper
1 large onion
5 garlic cloves
8 tbsp chili powder
2  15-oz cans diced tomatoes
3  8-oz cans tomato sauce
1 cup water
1  15-oz can black beans
1  15-oz can light kidney beans
1  15-oz can pink beans
1  15-oz can whole kernel corn
1 green bell pepper

Tip: Test how hard or tender the beans are. You might want to cook them more than just 15 minutes.
