Paccheri and Cheese with Peas and Mint

This recipe certainly looked interesting, as it was baked like a cake. The taste, however, was not very interesting or special. I was rather disappointed. The original recipe is from Bon Appetit. I did double the peas to add more vegetables to this dish. Also, I found that the ricotta did not add anything in either taste or texture and would definitely leave it out. It was just weird to have it in the middle of the pasta bake.
