Saturday:      Paccheri and Cheese with Peas and Mint (from Bon Appetit)

Sunday:        Leftovers

Monday:       Fish with Plantain (from Malawi)

Tuesday:       Red Beans Antioqueño Style (from Colombia)

Wednesday:  Dovi (Chicken and Peanut Butter Stew from Zimbabwe)
                      Sadza Dumpling (from Zimbabwe)

Thursday:      Leftovers

Friday:           Homemade Pizza
