Sunday:        Tomato Soup with Bell Pepper, Spinach, and Chickpeas

Monday:       Camaraõ de Coco (Coconut Shrimp from Mozambique)

Tuesday:       Dinner out!

Wednesday:  South African Lamb Stew

Thursday:      Leftovers

Friday:           Curried Carrot Soup with Tarragon Oil (from Food & Wine)
                      Egg Sandwich with Mustard Greens and Avocado (from Food & Wine)
