Sweden: Vitkåls- och äppelsallad (Cabbage and Apple Salad)

150 g green cabbage, very thinly sliced
100 g red cabbage, very thinly sliced
2 apples, cored, thinly sliced, and cut into thin strips
3-4 tbsp orange juice
1-2 tsp lemon juice
salt (optional)
pepper (optional)

Toss all ingredients together. Season to taste with salt and pepper (if using).
