Meal Plan for February 18 - 24, 2012

This month I am exploring the cooking of Northern Europe for my Cook Around the Globe project, so my meal plan features some great Scandinavian recipes.

Saturday:     Black Beans and Rice with Chicken and Apple Salsa (from Bon Appetit)

Sunday:       Speedy Ratatouille with Goat Cheese (from Food & Wine)

Monday:      Pytt i Panna / Biksemad / Biximatur (Scandinavian-Style Hash)
                    Scandinavian Cucumber Salad

Tuesday:      Gnocchi Gratin with Gorgonzola (from Bon Appetit)
                     Swedish Tomato Salad

Wednesday:  Tilliliha (Finnish Dill Meat)
                      Swedish Cabbage and Apple Salad

Thursday:      Leftovers

Friday:           Bergens Fiskesuppe
