2 heads broccoli, divided into small florets
1-2 tsp soy sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp pine nuts
1 tbsp fresh minced ginger
1 tbsp olive oil
Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the broccoli and ginger and cook, stirring often for 3-5 minutes. The broccoli should be lightly browned. Season with soy sauce, lemon juice, pepper. Remove from heat and stir in pine nuts. I served the broccoli with fish and rice.
