Meal Plan for October 2 - 7, 2011

Sunday: Ribeye Steaks with Anchovy Butter (from Bon Appetit) and Homefries

Monday: Cooked Plantain with Onions

Tuesday: Cider-Maple Pork Chops with Woodland Bitter Compote (from Food & Wine)

Wednesday: Homemade Pizza

Thursday: Chicken Breasts with Anchovy-Basil Pan Sauce (from Food & Wine)

Friday: Broccoli Quiche
