Mixed Salad with Smoked Trout


Ingredients:
2-3 ounces mixed greens
4 inch piece of cucumber, quartered lengthwise, then sliced
1/2 orange bell pepper, cut into 2 inch long strips
1/2 Braeburn apple
8-10 cherry tomatoes, halved
3-4 radishes, sliced
2-3 scallions, thinly sliced
1/2 pound smoked trout, cut into pieces

Starting with the mixed greens, arrange all ingredients on plates and serve the salad with bread and your favorite dressing.

  1. I would LOVE this, but I'm allergic to fish - but the salad look amazing either way!
